YOGA CLASSES

I offer several types of Yoga Classes in Northamptonshire as well as Private 1 to 1 Tuition.

My classes work with the Body, Mind and Breath and are aimed at improving Fitness & Wellbeing, Strength & Flexibility.

Many sports people now use Yoga as a way of improving their flexibility and so lowering the risk of sports related injury. Yoga can also be a great help to anyone suffering from chronic pain, stress related issues and when used in conjunction with diet, aid weight loss.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

 

A Restorative class where we stretch and then hold positions in a relaxing candle lit enviroment to soft music. This class helps improve flexibility whilst relaxing the mind and toning the body.

This is an ideal class for anyone wanting a more relaxed exercise class or for students recovering from injury or illness.

This is a mixed class for over 18's but not suitable for pregnant ladies.

Held weekly on a Tuesday Evening at 6.30pm in Parklands Community Centre Northampton.

YOGA FOR FITNESS

 

This Class is aimed at fitnessand we focus on alignment and breath whilst practicing a mixture of dynamic and stretch poses for strength, flexibility and wellbeing.

Ideal for students wanting a faster pace class and aimed at beginners or those already practicing.

This is a fun mixed class for over 18's only and not suitable for pregnant ladies.

Held weekly on a Tuesday evening at 8.00pm in Parklands Community Centre Northampton.

YOGA FOR FITNESS

 

This Class is a multi level class where we focus on alignment and breath whilst practicing a mixture of dynamic and stretch poses for strength, flexibility and wellbeing.

Ideal for students wanting a faster pace class and wanting to improve their practice skills.

This is a fun mixed class for all abilities.

I currently have a Wednesday Evening Class in Loddington Village at 7.30pm each week.
