STRETCH, RELAX & RESTORE YOGA .
My classes work with the Body, Mind and Breath and are non spiritual.
Each week we use a fusion of Breathwork and Yin & Yang based poses to help strengthen the body, increase flexibility and cordination and relax both the body and mind.
This is a slower based class suitable for all levels.
Benefits of this class are;
Improve Flexibility – You will notice an improvement in your range of motion with regular practice.
Strengthens Your Body – The poses in yoga can improve your balance significantly, as well as help with leg strength and muscle control.
Focuses Your Mind – Yoga encourages a mindful state, helping you to feel relaxed and calm reducing stress levels.
Connecting With The Breath – The Breath is a powerful tool when it comes to our well-being. If we can learn to connect with the breath, energy also known as the prana, will begin to flow more freely. This is essential in Hatha yoga as it will help with the alignment of both body and mind
