My classes work with the Body, Mind and Breath and are non spiritual.

Each week we use a fusion of Yin & Yang based poses to help strengthen the body, increase flexibility and cordination as well as completely relaxing and balancing both the mind and body. Yoga has been proven to help calm the nervous system and by doing this reduce stress and anxiety in a natural way and all sessions will incorporate breath work to help relaxation. Practiced to candle light with a tranquil music background.

Many sports people now use Yoga to complement their chosen sport as a way of improving their flexibility and so lowering the risk of sports related injury. Gravity Yoga is a non spiritual modern science form of yoga with emphasis on spine and body safety. 

Hospitals, GP’s and other medical professionals are suggesting Yoga to patients as a form of stress, anxiety and chronic pain  relief, or as a way of rehabilitating from illness or injury.

For Covid safe reasons students must bring their own Yoga mat and props to each session as the use of shared equipment is not permitted.
