Hi, I'm Sam a Breast Cancer Warrior and a Fully Qualified, Insured & Experienced Yoga, Pilates, Yoga Trapeze, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, SUP Instructor & SUP Yoga & Pilates Teacher. 

I opened Gravity Yoga in 2017 after spending a year studying, practicing and teaching in Barcelona at Yogabody Yoga Teachers College in their three studi0s. I graduated with their 200 hour Teacher Training Degree & their 50 hour Yoga Trapeze Qualification, I also worked for them as an assistant teacher trainer..

I have more than 300 hours Aerial training with Yogabody, Aerial Yoga Academy and Spin City and I am fully qualified to teach Yoga Trapeze, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and Aerial Sling.

As well as Aerial Yoga, Trapeze & Pilates I have more than 500 hours training in floor based Yoga. I am a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and trained in Flexibility, Breath work & Barre.

I am also a qualified SUP ( Stand Up Paddle Board ) Instructor & a SUP Yoga & Pilates teacher offering private and group tuition on the water. 

Why call my business Gravity Yoga ? This is because with each of the Air classes we defy Gravity while using it for traction on our bodies and with the Earth classes we use Gravity as a way of helping us deepen into the poses naturally without forcing our bodies.

Fun Fact. We appeared on Channel  4"s Trip Hazard " My Great British Adventure" with celebrities Comedienne Rosie Jones and her guest British Rapper Lady Leshurr. 

Indoor Group Classes, Workshops Retreats will run throughout the year. I also offer Private 121 Tuition.

I am fully insured and hold a current First Aid Certificate.

Aerial sessions are not advisable for some medical conditions so please check with me before booking your sessions.
