ZERO GRAVITY PILATES " Flying Pilates "

UNIQUE TO GRAVITY YOGA UK

Zero Gravity Pilates or Aerial Pilates is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended hammock to transform traditional pilates and barre into a multi dimensional experience.

Aerial Pilates is a fusion of traditional and modern supported pilates and Air Barre, ballet barre poses

Aerial Pilates helps you to improve flexibility and build strength. It works the core, the bodies centre of gravity, helps decompress the spine eases tight joints, releases muscular tension as well as stimulating creativity and energy in the body. By using the hammock your body has to work harder to control the material and find your centre of gravity.

Each class combines aerial pilates and barre fused with body conditioning and relaxation breathing techniques in a unique flying aerial class.

This class is a non inversion class and ideal for students who don't want or cannot hang upside down for medical reasons.

Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
