Aerial Yoga uses both the ground and the support of a suspended silk sling to transform traditional yoga into a multi dimensional experience.
The silk hammock is a prop that supports you through various yoga and dance based poses allowing you to improve flexibility and build strength. As you gain experience and confidence you will be able to add more challenging poses to your practice as you flex, float and fly yourself to fitness.
Each class combines inverted poses, dance and acrobatics with breathwork and relaxation techniques in a unique upside down aerial class.
There is a weight limit of 180Ilbs for safety reasons.
Ideal for students who wish to advance from Yoga Trapeze or have a dance or strong yoga practice as this is an advanced activity.
