DEFY GRAVITY

Aerial Yoga is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended silk sling to transform traditional yoga into a multi dimensional experience.

Aerial Yoga is a fusion of suspended Yoga, strength and flexibility exercises, inversion poses and a little bit of circus. 

Aerial Yoga helps you to improve flexibility and build strength. It works the core, the bodies centre of gravity, helps decompress the spine eases tight joints, releases muscular tension as well as stimulating creativity and energy in the body.

There is a weight limit of 200Ilbs for safety reasons.

Suitable for more advanced students. We highly recommend practicing a term of Yoga Trapeze before signing up for this class.

PRIVATE GROUP AERIAL YOGA PILATES EXPERIENCE SESSIONS

If you have a group of friends, family or colleagues and are looking for something different to do while you spend some serious bonding time, then this Aerial Experience is for you.

Available for up to 12 people . POA ( minimum 6 persons)

Please note non of Gravity Yoga UK’s classes are suitable for children or during pregnancy, for anyonewho suffers with high or low blood pressure, anyone with heart disease or anyone who has undergone surgery in the last 6 months.

Yoga Trapeze & Aerial Yoga sessions are not advisable for some medical conditions so please check with me before booking your sessions.
