SUP YOGA
After qualifying as a level 2 SUP Yoga & Pilates Teacher with SUPTA SUP Training Academy, I work in collaboration with local SUP Centres as well as UK Festivals to offer SUP Yoga during the warmer seasons.
SUP Yoga gives a complete new dimension to your practice as your centre of gravity, your core, has to work harder to stabilise you as your paddle board moves on the water. The tranquility of being surrounded by nature enhances the calming of your nervous system leaving you feeling both relaxed and exhilarated.
SUP YOGA will return in the spring with dates to follow.
