I am fully qualified with 4 years teaching experience in Yoga Trapeze after spending a year in Barcelona Training & Teaching at the Yogabody Yoga Teachers College studios and I now work for Yogabody as an Assistant Teacher Trainer.
The Yoga Trapeze is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended material sling with suspension hand sets to transform traditional yoga into a multi dimensional experience. Yoga Trapeze is a fun and effective way to enhance your yoga experience and build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
As well as being a cardiovascular workout each class combines inverted poses with breathwork and relaxation techniques in a unique anti gravity class.
Yoga Trapeze can help decompress the spine and builds strength in the back and supporting muscles which can help with anyone suffering from pain or discomfort of the spine.
Just like Yoga, Yoga Trapeze can be restorative to our bodies as well as strengthening and flexing. Each week we work the body in this unique fusion of body, breath and mind.
GROUP INDOOR YOGA TRAPEZE CLASSES

Yoga Trapeze Classes September/October
Monday 10.00am to 11.00am Kettering
Monday 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Kettering
Wednesday 7.45pm to 8.45pm Kettering
Bookings are now being taken for our Autumn Schedule.
Classes run in 6 week terms at a cost of £80 per term or, where space is available, £15 for a single session.
ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS YOGA TRAPEZE WORKSHOPS
For safety reasons students must have completed a Beginners Workshop or Private Beginners session before being considered for Yoga Trapeze Group Classes.
You will look at the basics of a Yoga Trapeze practice including;
Safety while practicing Yoga Trapeze.
The Benefits of practicing Yoga Trapeze.
How to breathe properly when practicing Yoga.
How to hang the Yoga Trapeze equipment.
Warm up moves before practicing Yoga Trapeze.
How to hang upside down on the Yoga Trapeze.
Try some of the basic strengthening & stretching exercises we use the Yoga Trapeze for.
Cool down stretches.
Ending with a final relaxation using the Yoga Trapeze as a suspended cocoon.

GARDEN STUDIO YOGA TRAPEZE TUITION
Held in our Garden Studio in Kettering private and semi private sessions will run through till September.
Suitable for complete beginners and frequent flyers for one or two students you can strengthen, flex and fly in the open air.
VIRTUAL YOGA TRAPEZE CLASSES via Zoom.
Private Tuition available throughout the year.
PRIVATE GROUP YOGA TRAPEZE EXPERIENCE SESSIONS
If you have a group of friends, family OR colleagues and are looking for something different to do while you spend some serious bonding time, then this Yoga Trapeze Experience is for you.
Available for up to 11 persons. POA
All events must be booked and paid for in advance as places are very limited.

Please note non of Gravity Yoga UK’s classes are suitable for children or during pregnancy, Yoga Trapeze & Aerial Yoga sessions are not advisable for some medical conditions so please check with me before booking your sessions.
