Come and learn how to get fit whilst having fun upside down !

I am fully qualified with 3 years teaching experience in Yoga Trapeze & Aerial Yoga.

Yoga Trapeze is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, Acrobatics and Relaxation using an aerial hammock and suspension handset system.

As well as  building strength, flexibility & stamina it is also a cardiovascular workout. 

Each class combines inverted poses with breathwork and relaxation techniques in a unique aerial class.

Yoga Trapeze can help decompress the spine and builds strength in the back and supporting muscles which can help with anyone suffering from pain or discomfort of the spine.

Just like Yoga, Yoga Trapeze can be restorative, dynamic or vinyasa flow and each week we work the body in this unique fusion of body, breath and mind.
