Yoga Trapeze is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, Acrobatics and Meditation.

As well as  building strength, flexibility & stamina it can also be a cardiovascular workout.

Yoga Trapeze decompress ‘s  and builds strength in the back and supporting muscles so can help with anyone suffering from pain or discomfort of the spine.

Just like Yoga, Yoga Trapeze can be restorative, dynamic or vinyasa flow and each week we work the body in this unique fusion of body, breath and mind.

PRIVATE TRAPEZE EXPERIENCE DAYS are available for groups of 8 to 14 people. POA.

PRIVATE 1 2 1 TUITION is available in Kettering &Northampton POA.
